Frequently asked questions
Do my guests have to install anything?
No. They open the link in their phone browser and reply right there.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Your usual WhatsApp opens with the message already written, and you pick who to send it to.
Who can see my invitation page?
Only whoever has the link. Every family gets a different one, it does not show up in search engines and it cannot be guessed.
What happens if I go past 40 guests?
When your free event reaches the limit, your dashboard shows you how to extend it with a one-time payment. Nothing you already added is touched, and an extended event has no guest limit.
Does it work for a baptism or a birthday?
Yes. You pick the type of event when you create it and the invitation adapts to the celebration.
Can I organise more than one event with the same account?
Yes, your account is not tied to a single celebration: your first event is free for up to 40 guests and every additional event costs USD 29, one payment, with unlimited guests. We are opening this account by account; if you cannot see it in your dashboard yet, write to us.
What happens to my guests' data?
It is yours. We handle it under Ecuador's LOPDP and you can ask us to delete it by writing to hola@deckasoft.com.
